Small wind turbine Enair 30 and Solar
Enagas, a company dedicated to the technical management of the gas system and transporter, unique in the primary backbone network of natural gas, relies on the a wind turbine to be self-sufficient for one of its distribution plants.
This isolated installation is designed to be autonomous for 7 days without wind, with a wind turbine of 1.5 kW and a passive variable-pitch system, able to generate over 7 kW with an average of 4.5 m/s at a height of 12m.
The cathodic protection station, powered by this equipment, is responsible for the splitting of the Casltelnou - Tivissa gas pipeline
