Luxury house with Enair
The house is situated in the ‘ Praia do Futuro’ area in Brazil, where there is a large amount of wind resource. This property, inside a luxurious urbanisation, has all the amenities required by the most demanding people when it comes to equipping their homes. Amongst its equipment we highlight, Sauna, Jacuzzi and a complex air conditioning system that maintains a constant temperature regulating the degree of interior humidity.
According to the calculations carried out for this installation the Enair 70 wind turbine, an 18m height was considered so that it could catch the wind as clean as possible. The generating capacity will cover approximately 70% of the consumption of the house obtaining an amortisation of about 5 years. These amortisation calculations have taken into account the laws of the country of origin which is Brazil.
Furthermore, the installation has an advanced monitoring system which will allow the customer to see via their television the production of the Wind Turbine and the instantaneous savings that they will be having at all times.
