Enagas Isolated Gas pipeline
Enagas, a company dedicated to the technical management of the gas and transport system, unique in the primary backbone network of natural gas, relies on a wind turbine to be self-sufficient to one of its distribution plants.
This isolated installation is designed to be very autonomous thanks to its batteries and is powered by an Enair 70 wind turbine and passive variable-pitch system, capable of generating more than 8 kWh / day with an average of 3.5 m / s at a height of 12m.
The station needs electricity to power the automatic controls and the monitoring of all its systems as well as its own lighting.
